Your local farmers market is brimming with fresh produce. We asked six Ohio chefs to share their insight and advice for making the most of it. 

It’s no secret that Ohio is brimming with fresh produce due this time of year thanks to the  farmland that makes up large portions of our state. The mysterious part can come with pinpointing what to purchase when and how exactly to put it to the best use. We consulted six Buckeye State chefs who know a thing or two about seasonal timing and how to use what you pick up at your local farmers market in creative ways.
