How do I change my address?
Changing your address can be done quickly and easily online by logging in to the Subscription Management Center. You can also fill out the Change of Address Form below or call our Subscriber Services department at 1-800-453-1025.
Why did I receive a bill after I already sent a payment?
It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive. If it has been more than two weeks since you remitted payment, please contact our Subscriber Services department at 1-800-453-1025 or via email at email@example.com.
Manage Subscriptions Online
For your convenience, you can now update your subscription and access your account information online whenever it is most convenient for you. You can complete the following by logging in to our Subscriber Center:
- Update your contact information
- Change your delivery address
- Renew or purchase a new subscription
- Purchase a gift subscription
- View your subscription start/end date
- Pay an invoice
