This New Graeter’s Ice Cream Flavor Fuses Lemon and Blueberry

The bright, fruit flavors of a blueberry buckle cake meet the creaminess of craft ice cream with Blueberry Lemon Crumble, the third of six limited-time Summer Bake Shop flavors Graeter’s Ice Cream is planning to release this season. The lineup is inspired by the tastes and textures of classic, freshly baked goodies.

To create each delectable scoop of Blueberry Lemon Crumble, Graeter’s combines a decadent yellow cake batter base with tart lemon juice and lemon oil before piling in fresh blueberries and cinnamon streusel crumbles for a one-of-a-kind mouthfeel and flavor.

This specialty treat is available now in Graeter’s shops and for ordering online. But do it soon, because these flavors are only available for a limited time.

Blueberry Lemon Crumble is the newest in Graeter’s delicious Summer Bake Shop series, which began on May 8 with the release of Cinnamon Sticky Bun (no longer available), and continued with Beast Feast, which features soft sugar cookie dough chunks and rainbow sprinkles in a monstrously good treat that is a nod to the beloved wooden rollercoaster at Kings Island.

Flavors still to come include the tropical delights of Pineapple Passion Fruit Sorbet, which can be enjoyed in timing with Independence Day, the sweetness of Minty Brownie in late July and the gooey, crunchy Caramel Pecan Cheesecake coming in mid-August.
