7/16: Enjoy three days of live entertainment in the form of music, comedians and speakers during Alive Music Festival, held at Atwood Lake Park in Mineral City. 7/18: In 1969, Ohioan and astronaut Neil Armstrong took the first steps on the moon. This historic achievement is celebrated each year in Armstrong’s hometown of Wapakoneta.
