‘American Pickers’ Is Coming to Ohio This October

Take a peek in your attic and dust off those family heirlooms because “American Pickers” is headed back to Ohio in October.

The History Channel’s long-running documentary series features Mike Wolfe as he travels the country looking for unique and valuable antiques. Originally premiering in 2010, the series explores the American tradition of antique “picking.”

Wolfe and his crew will return to film episodes across Indiana, Ohio and Michigan in October. According to an Aug.19 press release, the show is looking for historically significant or rare items as well as learning more about fascinating characters and their collections.

“American Pickers” is calling on Ohio fans who have unique items that are ready to sell and the stories behind those items. Note that the show does not pick stores, flea markets, malls, auction businesses, museums or anything open to the public.
