Pentamere Winery: Located in a building that's more than 100 years old, Pentamere Winery had been many things in the past. Just removing the tile and plaster allowed the simple beauty of the original building to shine through. When you walk into Pentamere, the first thing you will probably notice is that half the floor is missing. This allows for the large, high tanks used to ferment the wine. At Pentamere you'll find styling that suits your taste buds. Put the top down. Relax. You're in for a joy ride. pentamerewinery.com

Here, the theme is vintage airline, with a 1974 German glider wing even serves as the bar top, vintage destination posters heralding legacy airlines, and (eventually) airliner seats for seating. Plans are afoot to develop the vineyard, open an outdoor seating area and much more! Choose from a Dry Flight or Semi-Sweet Flight and browse their menu of Dessert Wines for a sweet ending.
