A Tribute to Wayne Shorter featuring Rick VanMatre

Part of the Cincinnati Contemporary Jazz Orchestra’s Big Band series, the Queen City’s tenor saxophone powerhouse, Rick VanMatre, takes the Redmoor stage with the CCJO big band to pay tribute to enigmatic saxophonist Wayne Shorter, recreating the beautiful tunes of numbers like “Infant Eyes,” “Black Nile,” “Footprints” and more.
