Art in Bloom Celebrates Flowers at the Cincinnati Art Museum

This four-day event invites visitors to enjoy floral art and bright colors throughout the galleries and during special programs.

Experience innovative floral at the Cincinnati Art Museum this season. Art in Bloom 2026 features works by more than 60 artists from across the globe, a live-work installation by floral artist Susan McLeary and pieces by fashion designer Asha Ama Daniels.

The four-day event, which runs April 23 through 26, features floral works by artists selected by a panel of professionals presented alongside art in the museum’s galleries, while McLeary, owner of founder of PassionSue, headlines Art in Bloom 2026. Her floral art ranges from elaborate headpieces to large-scale installations. She’ll install a large floral headpiece live in Gallery 126 (April 25, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and will lead workshops throughout the weekend.

Daniels, a Cincinnati native and “Project Runway All Stars” alum who has created clothes for Zendaya and Lizzo, curates a fashion show for the event (April 25, 6 to 9 p.m.) that includes pieces designed in collaboration with McLeary.

“Art in Bloom has become one of the Cincinnati Art Museum’s most anticipated annual celebrations, with many of the 2025 ticketed events selling out and the museum experiencing record attendance,” event chair Litany Webster said in a March 18 press release. “This year’s schedule of events continues to build on what makes Art in Bloom so special — bringing art, nature, and community together through a vibrant mix of experiences designed to welcome longtime supporters and first-time visitors alike.”

General admission to the museum is free during Art in Bloom 2026, although some events during Art in Bloom require separate admission. A full lineup of programming during the four-day event can be found on the museum’s website.
