Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Dessert, Recipes

Mona Lee Trego provided these delightful bites for the Circleville Pumpkin Show. The seasonal recipe uses canned pumpkin and cinnamon for its fall flavors. After preparing, just bake for 10 to 12 minutes and create a sandwich with the icing. Serve them to guests or enjoy them all to yourself at home.
