The Columbus suburb of Dublin relaunches its Celtic Cocktail Trail with four new stops.

Visitors to the Columbus suburb of Dublin just got lucky. The Celtic Cocktail Trail is back for a second year, this time with four new local establishments offering Irish-themed cocktails and beers.

Those who get their Celtic Cocktail Trail Guide stamped at all 14 spots can redeem it for a Celtic Cocktail Trail T-shirt, while those who hit five spots get a can koozie for their efforts. (And, of course, this is the type of challenge one should complete at a responsible pace.)

Don’t worry if you finished last year’s version of the Celtic Cocktail Trail, the featured drinks at each spot have all changed for 2019. Here are three that caught our eye.

Excuse Me Miss • Hen Quarter
This Southern-inspired comfort food restaurant is known for creative cocktails. Its Celtic Cocktail Trail offering, Excuse Me Miss, combines spice-apple-infused Slane Irish Whiskey with Watershed Distillery’s Apple Brandy, Dry Curacao, honey-vanilla syrup and house-made orange bitters. henquarterdublin.com

The Quiet Irishman • Mezzo
This favorite neighborhood spot in the heart of Dublin balances classic and modern influences while serving up fresh salads, pizzas and twists on Italian favorites. Its offering for the Celtic Cocktail Trail mixes The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey with blackberries, lime and ginger ale. mezzodublin.com

Irish Isle • 101 Beer Kitchen
This locally owned gastro-pub known for its deep lineup of great craft beers creates its Irish Isle cocktail by blending Jameson Irish Whiskey with Watershed Distillery’s Nocino black walnut liqueur, honey-caraway syrup, cardamom bitters and expressed lemon — all served over a large ice cube. 101beerkitchen.com
