Downtown Wilmington closes its streets for everyone to see the annual illuminated parade. Activities start at 10 a.m., the first annual Cookie Walk begins at 1 p.m. and the parade kicks off at 7 p.m. Shop Small is filled with coupons and great deals from your favorite local businesses.
