Lavish casinos are opening in four Ohio cities, giving visitors options for betting action, casual and fine dining and top-notch entertainment.
Any gambler who ever bet they’d live to see a real-deal casino in Ohio hit the jackpot on May 14. On that evening, Horseshoe Casino Cleveland opened in a landmark department store on the city’s Public Square.
The event is the first of four such grand openings scheduled in the next year. When the last ribbon is cut next year, most Ohioans will be only a short in-state drive away from a full-service casino where they can try their luck — not to mention drink and dine — in Las Vegas style.
