Velvet Ice Cream Brownie Cones

Velvet Ice Cream combines two favorites — brownies and ice cream — into one delectable treat.

This recipe originally called for Velvet's Dinosaur Crunch flavor, which is no longer available. We tried it with Moose Tracks — yummy! — but any number of flavors would work.
    

INGREDIENTS
1
18.25 ounce box brownie mix
12 cake ice cream cones
1 1.75 quart container of Moose Tracks or other Velvet Ice Cream flavor

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the brownies according to the package directions. Remove the cake cones from their packaging and set a cone in each individual muffin cup.

Divide the brownie mix batter into the 12 ice cream cones. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.

When ready to serve, press down the middle of each baked brownie cone and top with a small scoop of Moose Tracks flavor ice cream. Freeze until ready to server or serve immediately.
