The Great Lakes Science Center gives visitors a chance to test their space-worthiness.

Do you have "the right stuff" to make the journey to Mars?

That’s the question visitors face — both coming and going — in the Great Lakes Science Center’s new interactive exhibition “Facing Mars,” open through Sept. 5.

Space travel isn’t all fun and freeze-dried ice cream — especially when it comes to a three-year-long flight to the mysterious Red Planet.

Tender Moments
